This is the screen for Intelligence. There's no descriptions here, just the various abilities that can be rolled up for an Intelligent item. By default, weapons have a 1% chance of being Intelligent. You can change that. You can also give Armor/Shields and other items a chance to be intelligent. Potions and other items that have charges can not be Intelligent.
For instance.....
You could roll or manually add a magical suit of armor. If you wanted it to be Intelligent, simply check the Intelligent checkbox and click on Edit Intelligence.
I selected a Type 5 Intelligence and the 3 Ability Scores. This gives me 3 Languages and 3 Lesser Powers. It also raises the price of the armor by 6,000 gp.
I selected 3 Languages.....
...And 3 Lesser Powers, rasing the price of the armor by another 11,500 gp.
The Price Adjustment and Ego are calculated as items are added as you add items.
